Robert Narracci

Associate Principal

Robert Narracci joined Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects in 1989. He has been a project manager and senior designer for many mixed-used and large-scale commercial projects. He is currently Project Manager and Senior Designer for a 1.4-million-square-foot corporate headquarters and 350,000-square-foot hospitality complex for American Airlines in Dallas, Texas, as well as a 55,000-square-meter office building for COIMA in Milan, Italy.

His recent completed work includes the 600,000-square-foot McKinney & Olive office tower for Crescent Realty in Dallas, Texas, and the 46,000-square-meter Sofia office/residential tower for ODG in Monterrey, Mexico.

Some of his notable work includes MGM’s 4-million-square-foot ARIA Resort and Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, which features a 4,000-room hotel, convention center, pool, spa, casino, and restaurants; Porta Nuova, a 23-acre mixed-use development in Milan, Italy, which Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects designed the master plan and completed 760,000-square-foot of office space for UniCredit and a 645,000-square-foot podium with retail, restaurants, and parking.

In addition, Mr. Narracci was a Project Manager and Senior Designer for 1500 Louisiana, a 40-story, 1.2 million-square-foot office tower in Houston, Texas, and Torre BankBoston in Buenos Aires, Argentina, a 29-story, 500,000-square-foot office tower.

Prior to this, Mr. Narracci served as a Design and Technical Coordinator of curtain walls for the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, a 496,000-square-foot cultural complex comprised of a concert hall, opera house, and outdoor plaza in Miami, Florida.

Mr. Narracci is central to implementing BIM and computational design at the firm and a founding member of REACH, Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects’ computational design group. Mr. Narracci has been an instructor at Temple University and Yale University and a guest critic at Yale University, Rice University, Northeastern University, and The Pennsylvania State University.
